FROM 30 TO 145 SQM, EACH MODULE IS FULLY CUSTOMIZABLE
Ranging from a minimum of 30 sqm to a maximum of 145 sqm, these prefabricated housing modules can be built on multiple levels with independent apartments. But there’s more—they can be customized to match the architectural and environmental features of their surroundings. Naturally, they can be transported and installed anywhere quickly and easily.

CONSTRUCTION FEATURES
The “LIFE” prefabricated housing modules are built with a main structure composed of load-bearing steel beams and electro-galvanized sheet metal. The floors are made with composite sheet metal and reinforced concrete casting, while the external walls feature corrugated sheet metal coated with cement-based plaster and standard exterior paint. The internal walls are finished with REI-rated fire-resistant plasterboard.
The roof structure is made of treated laminated wood beams suitable for outdoor use, layered paneling, and a bituminous waterproofing membrane to ensure both insulation and waterproofing.
These construction elements guarantee long-lasting durability, material stability, and excellent resistance to weather conditions and seismic events.
