How we work

Every Asteco product is unique, designed and made specially for you on the basis of your needs. It is a product characterised by a high standard of industrial precision that conserves, at the same time, all the quality and attention to detail of an artisan’s work. Asteco’s production is not the fruit of simply assembling parts made by external suppliers, but it is created entirely within its own factories. This choice has as its aim the maximum quality of the final product and the materials with which it is made. All our products are designed and made following three fundamental principles:

QUALITY: a kiosk or fittings are work instruments and important investments. That is why Asteco has chosen to work with only the best materials and to dedicate maximum attention to finishings.

FUNCTIONALITY: it is fundamental to know how to exploit spaces in order to offer the widest display area. Our products are based on this principle that allows you to increase your sales and best organise your work.

COMFORT: we know that many hours are spent inside a kiosk or shop. Our products are carefully designed to improve the quality of life: toilets, air-conditioning, electronic shutters and blinds, insulation and much more besides.

The production process
PRODUCTION TO DELIVERY.

Particular attention is paid to all the phases of the production process.

DESIGN: Asteco Industria has a cutting-edge design office that employs architects and designers able to offer feasibility studies and made-to-measure designs for different needs. The design office is equipped with the most modern IT thanks to which the client can evaluate the project in detail before production starts.

ASSEMBLY: The structure takes shape in the assembly area, starting from the shaping of the sheet metal up to the raising of the support structure. Particular attention is paid to the soldering processes in order to provide the structure with the maximum solidity.

PAINTING: The washing, degreasing and painting of the structures takes place in special pressurised cabins, and they are then dried in two oven cabins. Given the long-term exposition of the outside of kiosks to the elements, the most efficient treatments are employed to ensure a paint job that remains unaltered over time and is capable of standing up to all corrosive agents.

FINISHING: The phase in which the product assumes its definitive look with the insertion of windows, doors, shelving, floors and internal coverings. At this stage the plant is fitted (electricity, air-conditioning, etc) and we proceed with the insulation, the total isolation from the outside.

INSTALLATION: On completion, the kiosk is loaded on to our vehicles for heavy loads and taken to its destination, to be installed and consigned, ready for commercial use.
